2024 Christmas Gift Guide
This Christmas we invite you to give the gifts of friendship, belonging and a place to contribute. These gifts have meant that our friends experiencing poverty are able to overcome barriers, take leaps of faith, and step towards healing.
Something as simple as accepting a cup of coffee or a new pair of socks from the store can show that someone is worth seeing and inviting into meaningful friendship. The gift of friendship is the stepping stone for every person to find belonging.
To find a place that will be a consistent place to land whether on a Wednesday afternoon, or at 3am on a Saturday deepens someone’s felt safety and sense of belonging. The gift of belonging leads to healing and finding a space where we each can contribute to community.
Being able to contribute back to one’s community is a universal need for each of us to realize our own and each other’s value and dignity. The gift of a place to contribute means that friendship is then extended in new ways and to new people.

Because of the current Canada Post Mail Strike, if you try to mail a cheque, we may not get it for a while. Here are 3 different options to submit your gift:

- Give us a call during regular business hours and submit your donation over the phone: 905-522-4263.
- Come visit us! We would love to have you drop by in-person with your cheque during our business hours. We can even give you a tour if you want!
