Donation Registry
When you’re living in poverty, even the smallest choices can feel overwhelming:
Should I buy a toothbrush if I can’t afford toothpaste?
Do I go without deodorant—or clean socks?
At Helping Hands Street Mission, we believe no one should have to choose between one essential need and another. That’s why we offer a Free Store, where anyone can access hygiene items, socks, underwear, and more—with a warm welcome and no cost.
But during this season, donations slow down—and our shelves start to empty. With our Grand Reopening on September 9th just around the corner, we need your help to make sure we’re ready to welcome our community with full shelves and open arms.
From Many Hands to Full Shelves
It takes all of us to meet the needs of our neighbours. When many people give what they can—whether it’s a bar of soap, a pack of socks, or a few extra toothbrushes—you can ensure no one is left without the essentials.
Every item you give between now and September 9th helps us reopen fully stocked, fully prepared, and fully committed to showing love in action.
Our Most Needed Items:
- New socks
- New underwear
- Deodorant, body wash, shampoo, conditioner
- Razors
- Toothbrushes and toothpaste
- Feminine hygiene products
- Sanitizing wipes
- Coffee, coffee whitener, sugar
- Other items essential for running our store and café smoothly
