This second part of our documentary series explores the realities of our neighbours who are living in tents, what it means for people to step into flourishing from places of hardship and poverty, and how we can each participate in change in our city. Through listening to our friend Chris’s story and hearing the perspectives of local organizations, we explore the complexities of our current housing crisis.

Most importantly, we want to thank Chris for sharing his story. May we each reflect on his experiences and remember our friends and neighbours who are currently unhoused and are living in tents or outside. May we also recognize the need for each of us to be able to access spaces of belonging, community, and having a place to contribute in order to flourish.
